Social Distancing Capacity Report

This report provides new space capacities for multiple space types. Each space has been verified for social distancing by Academic Space Management & Campus Planning for Fall 2020. This document will be updated often to ensure we are capturing all spaces within the University. The space descriptions included assembly, classroom, conference, lab, lounge, meeting, study, and training spaces.

If space is not identified or is incorrect, please email Academic Space Management at AcademicSpaceMgnt@pvamu.edu or Campus Planning at campusplanning@pvamu.edu.

The report contains the fields below:

1. Building Name
2. Room Number
3. Current Space Description (Current Utilization)
4. Current Max Enrollment (Banner Max Enrollment)
5. Social Distancing Capacity (New Use Verified Capacity)

Reasons your room may not be listed:

1. Additional verification required.
2. The room is incorrectly coded on the state report.
3. The room has not yet been verified.

Reasons your room may be listed and should not be:

1. The room is incorrectly coded on the state report and requires additional verification.
2. Room utilization has changed, and the change has not yet been reported to Campus Planning.
