The purpose of the Procard is to establish a more efficient, cost-effective method of payment for delegated purchasing transactions. The program is designed to delegate the authority and capability to purchase limited items directly to the person to who it most matters, the user.
The Procard will enable purchases of non-restricted commodities directly from the vendors without issuance of a purchase order. The Procard can be used with any supplier that accepts MasterCard as a form of payment.
