Language Accommodations for Programs and Events

If you need a reasonable accommodation to access information or participate in a Cooperative Extension Program event, complete an Online Language Accommodation Request, email LAS@pvamu.edu, or call 936-261-5166 a minimum of 3 weeks before the event. Language access services, such as interpretation or translation of vital information, will be provided free of charge to limited English proficient individuals upon request when possible.

We are committed to working collaboratively with the appropriate individuals, groups, and offices to ensure that any reasonable request for an ADA language accommodation is met with the proper organizational response.
