Tutorial Assistance for Spring 2026
For university core courses and some other business courses, students can contact the University Tutorial Center
The Center for Business Communication is available to students in the College of Business for assistance with resumes, cover letters, essays, outlines, article reviews, research papers, book reviews, memoranda, and other business correspondence items.
Students may schedule online appointments Tuesday-Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. by contacting Ms. Edwina Garcia at ecgarcia@pvamu.edu.
Online appointments may be conducted virtually between the student and the Program Assistant via e-mail or Zoom using a computer, tablet, or equivalent digital device.

COB Homework Lab
Ag/Business Multipurpose Building – Room 332 (3rd Floor)
The College of Business has a computer homework lab available for COB students during the posted hours.
Hours of Operation
Monday – Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Fall and Spring Semesters)
Student Lounge and Study Rooms
Ag/Business Multipurpose Building – Room 219 (2nd Floor)
The Student Lounge is located on the second floor of the Ag/Business Multipurpose Building on the second floor, just under the clock tower. Food and beverages are allowed in this area. Study rooms are also available on the second floor. Hours are 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday or as posted.
