PVAMU students can pay for student bills using credit cards, e-checks and debit cards. Student can also authorize users such as their Mom, Dad, Grandma, etc to make on line payments toward their student bill.  All the authorized user needs is a valid email address and computer access.

Note:  You may not use e-check if you are paying a past due balance.  If e-check is used to pay a past due balance, we will require proof of payment and/or funds available to cover the balance due before any past due balance holds are released.

How to Make an On-line Payment

    • Go to www.pvamu.edu/PVPLACE
    • Select “Login to PVPlace” ( if you are a former student please click on “Alumni & Former Students Panthertracks Login”)  and sign into PV Place using your User Name and password
    • Click on “Click Here for New PantherTracks for Students.
    • Under “Student Accounts” select “Make a Payment (Domestic Payments)” if you are making a Domestic Payment or select “Make a Payment (All International Payment including wires)” if you are making an international payment.
    • Click the “Pay Now” button. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS AND DISCOVER, debit cards, and e-checks. We do not accept e-checks for past due balancesIf an e-check is used to pay a past due balance, we will require proof of payment and/or funds available to cover the balance due before any past due balance holds are released.

    Please note:  If your credit card payment is returned and not paid due to an unauthorized charge or dispute of the charge at no fault of the University, you will be assessed a $25.00 return credit card fee.

  • Authorized User:  You may add a guest user to make payment on your student account on your behalf.  All you need is that person’s email address.  The person you authorize to pay your bill will be given their own access code to be able to pay your student bill.

How to Assign a Guest User to Make a Payment on your Behalf

  1.  Log into PVPlace with your username and password
  2. Scroll down to Student Account Quick Links and and select “Make a Bill Payment”
  3. Click on “Make a Payment”
  4. Click the “Pay Now” button
  5. Click on “Authorized Users” and select “Add Authorized User”
  6. Add the e-mail address of the guest user you would like to add in the space provided.
  7. Please select whether the guest can view your bill and view your payment history and account activity and click continue
  8. Read the statement that appears regarding Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) and click continue
  9. An Agreement to Add Authorized User will appear.  You must agree to the terms before continuing
  10. The Authorized User will then be sent an e-mail with instructions on how to log in and view billing information. They must use the e-mail address you provided to set the user up.
  11. Please send the following link to the guest user as the instructions does not have the payment link in it:  https://secure.touchnet.com/C20166_tsa/web/login.jsp
  12. The guest can now access the account and make a payment on your behalf.
