Important Tuition Information

Payment Deadlines for Summer and Fall 2018

Summer 2018 Due Dates:

Payment Due Dates: (students will be dropped from all classes if minimum payment is not made) 100% of tuition & fees are due or student will be dropped at the specified times listed on the due dates below.

Summer I

  • June 7, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. – due date is for all students who registered or added classes between April 16, 2018 and June 7, 2018.
  • June 20, 2018 at 5:00 p.m.-due date is for all student who registered or added classes between June 8, 2018 and June 20, 2018.

Summer II

  • July 12, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. – due date is for all students who registered or added classes between April 16, 2018 and July 12, 2018.
  • July 25, 2018 at 5:00 p.m.-due date is for all student who registered or added classes between July 13, 2018 and July 25, 2018.

Fall 2018

  • August 27, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. – due date is for all students who registered or added classes between April 16, 2018 and August 27, 2018.
  • September 19, 2018 at 5:00 p.m.-due date is for all student who registered or added classes between August 28, 2018 and September 19, 2018.

If you are expecting financial aid, please make sure all documentation and requirements have been completed and processed to be awarded aid. If you do not plan to attend PVAMU after you have enrolled for courses, you must officially withdraw from the university by the dates above or you will be held responsible for any financial aid, grades and charges posted to your account

Installment Due Dates and Short Term Loan Due Date for Fall 2018

1st Installment Due: See Drop Due Dates for Fall 2018 above.
2nd Installment Due (33% of total tuition and fee charges): October 5, 2018-($50.00 late fee assessed if late.)
3rd Installment Due (33% of total tuition and fee charges):  November 2, 2018–($50.00 late fee assessed if late.)
Short Term Loans are due November 2, 2018 by 5 pm.

It’s Here!!! The New PVPlus Card for Student Refunds– Prairie View A&M University is partnering with Bank Mobile (formerly Higher One®) a financial services company focused solely on higher education to bring a faster method to receive your refund ­­— the PVAMU Plus Card. Please do not throw away this important card when you receive it in the mail. Please see Direct Deposit for Student Refunds for more information.

Please use the card number to choose an option for receiving your refund as soon as you receive it.
