Payment Deadlines for Spring 2026
Spring 2026-Wintermester-Three week courses
- December 15, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. – due date is for all students who registered or added three week term classes between November 3, 2025 and December 15, 2025. A $50.00 late fee will be assessed if 100% of total tuition & fees is not paid by this date. If balance remains unpaid by December 18, 2025, classes will be canceled at 5 p.m. on this date. There will be no reinstatement after this date. No Exceptions!
Spring 2026-Full term and 1st Eight week courses
- January 21, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. – due date is for all students who registered or added full term and 1st eight week classes only between November 3, 2025 and January 21, 2026. A $50.00 late fee will be assessed if 34% of total tuition & fees is not paid by this date. If balance remains unpaid by February 3, 2026, classes will be canceled at 5 p.m. on this date. There will be no reinstatement after this date. No Exceptions!
- If 100% payment of tuition and fees is not paid by February 3, 2026, you will be assessed a $50.00 installment carrying fee for paying on installment
Spring 2026-2nd Eight week courses (enrolled in 2nd eight week classes only)
- March 16, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. – due date is for all students who registered or added 2nd eight week term classes between November 3, 2025 and March 16, 2026. A $50.00 late fee will be assessed if 100% of total tuition & fees is not paid by this date. If balance remains unpaid by March 23, 2026, classes will be canceled at 5 p.m. on this date. There will be no reinstatement after this date. No Exceptions!
Installment Due Dates and Short Term Loan Due Date for Spring 2026 Full Term and 1st Eight Week courses

The 2nd Installment Due Date (33% of total tuition and fee charges): March 6, 2026-($50.00 late fee assessed if late.)
The 3rd Installment Due Date (33% of total tuition and fee charges): April 3, 2026–($50.00 late fee assessed if late.)
Short Term Loans Due Date: April 3, 2026 by 5 pm.
If you are expecting financial aid, please make sure all documentation and requirements have been completed and processed to be awarded aid. If you do not plan to attend PVAMU after you have enrolled for courses, you must officially withdraw from the university by the dates above or you will be held responsible for any financial aid, grades and charges posted to your account.
