Billing Notices & Statements

  • PANTHERTRACKS thru PVPLACE has the most current up to date tuition, fees, and charges on your billing statement
  • Reminder notices or statements will be e-mailed to the student’s PVAMU e-mail address only.  Current term statements will no longer be mailed.
  • Past due statements will be mailed at the end of the term to your mailing address on file.
  • To update your mailing address, follow the steps below to update your information stop by the accounts Receivable window to verify and/or make corrections to your address.   The Accounts Receivable window is located in the W. R. Banks Building on the 1st floor.

Please do not wait to receive a billing notice to pay your bill. Your account can be accessed on-line through PANTHERTRACKS via PVPLACE for students at www.pvamu.edu/pvplace.  A billing statement will be sent to your PV e-mail account each time a transaction occurs on your current term account.  Statements are sent at the end of the day and may be received in the early morning hours of the next day.

How to Update your Mailing Address in BANNER

  1. Click here to log into PVPLACE
  2. Click on “Login to PVPLACE”
  3. Enter your username and password
  4. Scroll down and click on “Click here for New PantherTracks for Students”
  5. Click on the 4 white boxes in the top left corner of the screen next to the PVAMU logo
  6. Click on “BANNER” and then click on “Personal Information” from the dropdown menu
  7. Scroll down to address and/or phone number and update your mailing address and cellular number by clicking on the “pencil” icon to update or the “trash” icon to delete the old information. If you want to add an address or phone number, please click on the “Add New” button on the right side of the page under the category you wish to add information for.  If you are adding new information, please make sure to select valid dates for the years that you will be enrolled at the university.
