Disbursement Services offers trainings for card holders monthly. Please visit the Business Affairs Training Calendar for dates and times. Expense Report, Refresher and One-on-One assistance is offered as needed by appointment and must be schedule with one of our card specialist. All cardholders are required to attend training to understand the local, state and system guidelines.
New Procard Holder Training
Employees who wish to apply for a Procard are required to attend training. In the training you will be instructed on the do’s and don’ts of the Procard. We will also address the most common issues concerning the Procard. Our overall objective in this training is to provide instructions to cardholders on the policies and procedures for proper use of the purchasing card. Trainings are offered the 3rd Wednesday of each month.
Procard Expense Report Training
In this training, you will be able to reconcile your Procard Expense Reports monthly. We address the most common issues concerning Pro Card reconciliation. This class will allow us to go over and show you the correct steps of reconciling your report. Our objective in this training is to provide clarity to the Procard holders and should eliminate any continuing issues that occur monthly.
This session will provide clarity to the Procard holders and will help eliminate issues that occur monthly. This will give us the opportunity to hear from you and answer your most questions. Cardholders who have numerous suspensions for purchase violations are required to attend this class.

Procard Holder Refresher Training
The Procard staff will be holding a Refresher Training for current Procard holders. Every cardholder is required to take this class once a year to stay in compliance with the Procard Policies and Procedures. In the training we will refresh your memory on the do’s and don’ts of Pro Card use. Also we will address some of the most common issues concerning Procard use and reconciliation. Also we will share valuable information and updates to the program. We will demonstrate the correct steps to reconcile your report. Our objective in this training is to help provide clarity to the Procard holders and should help eliminate continuing issues. We also want to hear from you on some of the issues you might experience.
