Students intending to graduate must complete and submit an Application for Graduation online through Panthertracks via PVPlace. Applicants will be charged as follows $25 Undergraduate, $35 Master’s, and $55 PhD. Before applying for graduation, make sure you have read all the information provided on the Graduation page. Once you have read and understood the information and are ready to apply for graduation, follow the steps below:

  1. Make sure you have completed the graduation checklist.
    Applying for graduation prior to completing the checklist may result in being disapproved by your department. Reapplication and repayment will be required.
  2. After completing the graduation checklist, login to PVPlace and navigate to Panthertracks.
  3. In Panthertracks, go to Student Records and click on Apply To Graduate
  4. Follow the instructions on each page presented during the application process (eligible Undergraduate Students, please complete an Application for Tuition Rebate submission to the Registrar’s Office no later than the last day for submission of application)
  5. Upon submitting your application, follow the steps on sections called “After Applying” on the Graduation checklist

If you are unable to submit the application for graduation via Panthertracks for any reason (i.e. disapproved on the first attempt, you are applying in absentia, etc.), please complete the online application for processing.
