MathSciNet Submitted manuscripts (in English) will be reviewed by at least two highly qualified reviewers in the field from inside or outside the Board of Editors. Authors are asked to suggest at least 5 (five) potential reviewers from the board and outside the board, not all from the same countries as the authors location. The selection of reviewers will be done so that there will be not any conflict of interest. The review process will be confidential. Final decision on acceptance or rejection of manuscript is up to the Editor-in-Chief.
