Publication of papers and access to the journal is free at this time, that is, there is no page fee and no subscription fee to access any of the papers published. However, the papers cannot be used for commercial purposes.

Conflict of Interest can also be defined as a situation in which a party’s responsibility to a second-party limits its ability to discharge its responsibility to a third-party. These may be financial, non-financial, professional or personal in nature.
