  Graduate and Undergraduate Council Meetings

To be considered as an agenda item for the Graduate Council (GC) or Undergraduate Council (UC), curriculum changes must be submitted at least three weeks prior to a scheduled council meeting. All documents must be submitted to the Office of Academic Affairs through the Curriculum Document Tracking system found on the Curricular Services Intranet site. Proposals that do not meet the three-week submission deadline will be considered for the next scheduled council meeting.

Council meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month. Meetings may be canceled if no curricular items have been submitted. Special meetings may be called. Updated council meetings can be found on the Curricular Services Intranet site. Until further notice, all council meetings will be held virtually via Zoom.
