As we celebrate the 2024 Global Advising Week, we want to take a moment to express gratitude for our faculty’s outstanding dedication and guidance as advisors to students in our college.
We want to especially thank Dr. Foreman, under his guidance, students have flourished, and their success stories resonate throughout our the university. Dr. Alvin L. Johnson, Jr., Director of Academic Advising Services, recently shared with us responses from students who expressed their appreciation for his effective advising.
Students highlighted numerous qualities that set him apart as an exceptional advisor. They described him as knowledgeable, positive, organized, timely, supportive, impactful, encouraging, and caring. Dr. Foreman’s passion for student success is evident in how he advises. His mentorship goes beyond academics, shaping the lives of students and inspiring them to reach their full potential.
