ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

This strategic plan was developed over a period of four years through engagement with faculty and staff. The dean conducted a SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) to  identify focus areas and priorities. Inputs from faculty and staff were integrated to determine focus areas that are a priority to the college.   Four faculty and staff retreats were conducted to establish goals and strategies to achieve those goals. Participation of faculty and staff at large is acknowledged. Shield Lin, Lijun Qian, Ramalingam Radha and Earnest McIntyre assisted with writing of this document.
