Located adjacent to our ballroom is conference room 203. Conference room 203 is configured to seat 14 people, but can seat up to 22.
Conference room 203 has a built-in projector screen and whiteboard. Portable projectors are available for rent from the Office of Student Center Operations.
All on-campus departments and registered student organizations that wish to use space in and around the WAT-MSC please submit your request via PV PawLink. Please note that PV PawLink is managed by the Office of Student Engagement, any questions you may have about that platform will be directed to them.
All off-campus groups that wish to reserve a space within the WAT-MSC please fill out the University Events for Third-Party Vendors form and email student_center@pvamu.edu
