Proctoring Services – Make An Appointment Form

Scheduling: Walk-ins are not permitted, all testers must register online in advance. You may schedule an exam appointment up until 8 AM on the day prior to the test date. Once a test date closes, testers will need to select the next available date for their testing.

What to Expect After Submitting Your Registration: Upon submission of the registration form, a confirmation email outlining the next steps for your examination will be sent within 48 hours to the email address provided. Please ensure that the email address entered is accurate and that all required registration components have been completed. Failure to do so may result in a delay in receiving your exam-related information.

Important Reminders for Proctored Exams

• The Office of Testing Services will provide pencils and scratch paper.
• Testers are responsible for contacting their instructor to confirm the test's exam window, and what items they are allowed to bring for the exam.
• Scheduling Reminder:Once a test date closes, testers will need to select an alternative date within the designated exam window. NOTE: If a test date falls on a Monday, the registration deadline will be the preceding Friday.
• Rescheduling: If you are unable to take your exam during the designated exam window, you must first obtain approval from your instructor. Upon approval, your instructor must email Testing Services at aetesting@pvamu.edu with your full name and the approved rescheduled exam date. Additionally, the tester is responsible for scheduling a testing appointment for the rescheduled exam date.
• By registering and taking your exam with PVAMU Testing Services, you agree to follow all rules and regulations outlined in the PVAMU Testing Services – Test Integrity Policy. If a tester violates this policy, their instructor will be informed. Should you be prohibited from using PVAMU Testing Services as a test site due to a test violation, your instructor will be notified and will assist you with making alternative arrangements.
• Any exams fees associated with your testing must be paid before you can receive a confirmation email for your test date, and all test fees are non-refundable.

Exams for Testers with Test Accommodations

• PVAMU Testing Services can assist PVAMU students who have time test accommodations only.
• PVAMU students that have test accommodations that require special equipment, will need to make arrangements for their testing with the Office of Disability Services at (936) 261-3583, (936) 261-3585, or email disabilityservices@pvamu.edu.
