WordPress Access Request

Please Note: WordPress accounts are linked to the University's E-Mail System and passwords are updated whenever your E-Mail password is changed. Please request new access upon your transfer to a new department. The WordPress Access accounts will be reviewed semi-annually and upon an employee's transfer (of department) or termination (of employment).

  • New Wordpress Access with Training

    1. Download the WordPress Account Request Form
    2. Fill out the form, print and sign it (only if you are the Website Owner) which depending on the website can be one of the following
      • For an Academic College website: the Dean of the College
      • For an Academic Department website: the Department Head
      • For a Research Center website: the Director of the Research Center
      • For an Administrative Office website : the Director of the office
    3. Scan the form as a PDF document to your computer
    4. Submit the form in the Wordpress Training Registration page in case the employee has not received Basic Wordpress Training yet
  • New Wordpress Access without Training

    1. Download the WordPress Account Request Form
    2. Fill out the form, print and sign it (only if you are the Website Owner) which depending on the website can be one of the following
      • For an Academic College website: the Dean of the College
      • For an Academic Department website: the Department Head
      • For a Research Center website: the Director of the Research Center
      • For an Administrative Office website : the Director of the office
    3. Scan the form as a PDF document to your computer
    4. Submit the form here:
