Information security runs a report monthly for inactive users and computers. The following action is taken based on these reports,
- 180-day inactive users are DISABLED
- 365-day inactive users are DELETED
- To activate 180+, 365+ day, please contact informationsecurity@pvamu.edu.
- 180-day inactive computers will be removed from Active Directory
- To reconnect 180+ day inactive computers (removed from Active Directory), the computer MUST be reimaged before connecting to PVAMU domain/network
