Payment Deadlines for Spring 2024
Spring 2024-Winter-mester- Three Week term
- January 3, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. – due date is for all students who registered or added 3 week term classes between November 6, 2023 and January 3, 2024. A $50.00 late fee will be assessed if 100% of total tuition & fees is not paid by this date. If balance remains unpaid by January 4, 2024, classes will be canceled at 5 p.m. on this date. There will be no reinstatement after this date. No Exceptions!
Spring 2024-Full term and 1st 8 week courses
- January 18, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. – due date is for all students who registered or added full term and 1st 8 week classes between November 6, 2023 and January 18, 2024. A $50.00 late fee will be assessed if 34% of total tuition & fees is not paid by this date. If balance remains unpaid by February 6, 2024, classes will be canceled at 5 p.m. on this date. There will be no reinstatement after this date. No Exceptions!
- If 100% payment of tuition and fees is not paid by January 18, 2024, you will be assessed a $50.00 installment carrying fee for paying on installments.
Spring 2024-2nd 8 week courses (enrolled in 2nd 8 week classes only)
- March 19, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. – due date is for all students who registered or added 2nd 8 week classes only between November 6, 2023 and March 19, 2024. A $50.00 late fee will be assessed if 100% of total tuition & fees is not paid by this date. If balance remains unpaid by March 26, 2024, classes will be canceled at 5 p.m. on this date. There will be no reinstatement after this date. No Exceptions!
Installment Due Dates and Short Term Loan Due Date for Spring 2024 Full Term courses and 1st 8 Week courses
1st Installment Due: See Payment Deadline Due Dates above for Spring 2024 above. 2nd Installment Due (33% of total tuition and fee charges): March 1, 2024-($50.00 late fee assessed if late.) 3rd Installment Due (33% of total tuition and fee charges): April 5, 2024–($50.00 late fee assessed if late.) Short Term Loans are due April 5, 2024 by 5 pm. If you are expecting financial aid, please make sure all documentation and requirements have been completed and processed to be awarded aid. If you do not plan to attend PVAMU after you have enrolled for courses, you must officially withdraw from the university by the dates above or you will be held responsible for any financial aid, grades and charges posted to your account.
