If you wish to be a vendor on the campus of Prairie View A&M University you must first pay a vending fee of $100 to be inside of the Willie A. Tempton Memorial Student Center, or if you wish to be outdoors then the fee is $200.

Cash and checks will only be accepted Monday-Friday 8:30 am-3:00pm, through the use of the cashiers window at W.R Banks. Only credit or debit card will be accepted on site.
Vendors will be issued 1 rectangular table and 2 chairs if requested.
Vendors wishing to sell PVAMU merchandise must first go through Learfield Licensing and acquire a license to do so. Vendors who have not acquired the proper licensing will be asked to leave the premises.
All food vendors must have prior approval from our contracted food service organization: Sodexo Dining Services
