The Panthers Fostering Success (PFS) program is dedicated to fostering an environment of intellectual growth and personal development through engaging initiatives, services, and individualized interactions tailored to students who have previously been in foster care, adopted, or experienced homelessness.

Our comprehensive support network includes guidance on academic pursuits, career exploration, financial aid, university expenses, tuition waivers, housing options, and connections with a diverse array of campus and community resources. Through carefully crafted programming and tailored advocacy efforts, PFS serves as an indispensable resource in nurturing meaningful personal and professional relationships crucial for student success.

The core mission of the PFS program is to provide a transformative experience that empowers, motivates, and supports former foster care and adopted students at Prairie View A&M University (PVAMU).
