Study, Work, & Collaboration
Find spaces to study, collaborate, present, and create
at the John B. Coleman Library.
Quiet corners, reading areas, and individual seating for focused work are available in the Periodical Department and the Reading Room on the first floor.
Five Individual Study Rooms (205A – E) on the second floor are available for reservation.

Reservation length: Standard blocks of 1 hour, with the ability to book up to 4 consecutive hours maximum
Group study areas are available on the third floor.
Research & Instruction Lab (RI Lab 127D), located in the Periodical Department on the first floor:
30 Dell desktops and one instructor desktop
Faculty can request an instructional session with Reference & Instruction Librarians by submitting a class request.
Staff and faculty can request to use the lab for training or presentations. Submit a request

Computer Lab 210 on the second floor opens from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday.
Event Room 108 is available for faculty and staff to make reservations. Reserve Room 108 now.
Student groups should register events through PVPAWLINK at: https://pvpawlink.pvamu.edu/ following the instruction.
Conference Room 508 is available for faculty and staff only.
