Library Building Maintenance Request

How to request building maintenance:

Option 1: Call the SSC service desk at extension 9703 for immediate assistance. Remember to request a ticket number to track the repair progress.

Option 2: Fill out the internal request form at https://pvamu.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_0B4DwRxSCCXJ6Ml

The Electronic Services Librarian will submit a request to the SSC service upon receiving the request. Please allow a 72-hour turnaround time to process the request. Email scfan@pvamu.edu for questions.
