Phillips Kaiser pointed out that heirs property is a hidden issue that results in blight and generational poverty. The Reckoning Program is a seven-week heirs education program designed to educate minority landowners and assist them with a general understanding and addressing their property family issues. The program session also outlines an Heirs Incubator Program process as well. The Incubator program will select five families and take them through the process as cohorts with Kaiser’s Legacy Program.
