The Majority/Minority University Partnership Program (MMUPP) involves number of faculty and staff at three different Texas A&M University campuses (College Station, Prairie View, and Kingsville). The principal individuals involved in the operation of MMUPP at Prairie View A&M University, the Panther Team, are listed below. In addition the Panther Pipeline Project (PPP) involves numerous students, affiliated faculty, and staff that aid the PPP effort.
Irvin Osborne-Lee, Ph.D. Dr. Osborne-Lee is the Principle Investigator of the Project and is the Chair of the Department of Chemical Engineering. He serves as the administrative head and directs the project integration at the college level.
