Jerrad Deason is a 2005 graduate of the Prairie View A&M University Chemical Engineering Department. Currently, he is a second year chemical engineering graduate student, concentrating in nuclear engineering. His areas of interest are applications of computational radiation transport codes in health medical physics. He has performed radiation transport research with the Nuclear Science and Technology Division at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. After completion of his master’s degree, Jerrad will purse a doctorate degree in nuclear engineering.
