Visiting Dignitaries

As a prominent HBCU leader and a university that is academically strong in many disciplines, Prairie View A&M University routinely hosts visiting local, national, and international dignitaries.  Visiting dignitaries provide an excellent opportunity to showcase the university’s initiatives, enhance the university’s profile, create goodwill, and engage in important intellectual discussions.

Given the high profile and/or high rank of dignitaries, it is important for dignitary visits to be well planned and for the proper notification to be provided to ensure that the visits are carried out appropriately and achieve the desired outcomes.

Please review the Visiting Dignitaries Procedure and submit the PVAMU Visiting Dignitary Form if you plan to invite and/or host a dignitary.
