Dr. Carolyn Davis is a higher education administrator, educator, and student success advocate with nearly 20 years of experience in enrollment management, retention, student development, and academic success initiatives. She currently serves as Assistant Dean in the College of Business at Prairie View A&M University, where she leads strategic initiatives focused on student recruitment, retention, experiential learning, leadership development, and career readiness. Dr. Agatha Ampaire is a student success professional and Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach with an M.Ed. in Counseling and Human Development with a concentration in Student Affairs Administration, a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Animal Science, and a Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine. She serves as an Academic Advisor in the College of Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources at Prairie View A&M University, where she supports student progression, retention, and degree completion by fostering academic success. Cindy earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Florida A&M University and her Master's degree in Counselor Education from University of Central Florida. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resource Development at University of Houston and is expected to graduate in December 2026. In May 2027, she will begin pursuing her Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Learning and Organizational Change at Baylor University.

A proud PVAMU alumna, Dr. Feggins earned both her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Arts in Counseling from the university. With over 20 years of professional experience spanning human resources, managed healthcare, workforce development, vocational rehabilitation, business management, and behavioral health, she offers students a comprehensive and practical perspective on career readiness and leadership development.
In addition to her work at PVAMU, Dr. Feggins is an entrepreneur, speaker, certified coach, development trainer, and author committed to empowering emerging leaders. She is also a dedicated member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., where she was initiated at Prairie View A&M University.

Evans Cooper

During Mr. Cooper’s twenty-year corporate career, he worked in human resources (recruiting) for seven years. Some companies Mr. Cooper has worked include Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, and JPMorgan. Mr. Cooper also have his own consulting company, focused on professionalism and professional development.

Prior to his role in higher education, Rudy served as a Training Specialist with Vroom, where he developed and delivered training programs that enhanced employee onboarding, performance, and operational effectiveness. His extensive career also includes more than two decades with Verizon Wireless as a Senior Trainer in Training and Development, where he designed and facilitated virtual learning programs, coached teams, and contributed to improvements in customer satisfaction and employee performance.
Rudy's professional strengths include career coaching, leadership development, training facilitation, workshop design, customer relations, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. He is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Learning Management Systems (LMS), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Adobe Connect.

Dr. Patricia Pearsall Williams’ professional journey spans over four decades and has been deeply intertwined with her academic pursuits. As a first-generation college graduate, she earned both her BA and M.Ed. from North Carolina State University and her Ph.D. from Prairie View A&M University. A pivotal influence throughout this journey has been the mentorship and sponsorship she received early in her career. Dr. Tommy L. Holmes

Dr. Tammy L. Holmes brings over 25 years of university teaching experience, specializing in Media Studies and Adult Learning. In 2025, she was honored as Prairie View A&M University Faculty of the Year for Global Engagement for her transformative work in international travel and study abroad programming. Her research emphasizes experiential learning that extends beyond the textbook, with a focus on increasing student engagement in global education. Dr. Holmes has presented at numerous academic and international conferences, including Oxford University in England. She is a member of The John Maxwell Team and actively participates in their mentorship initiatives. Additionally, she serves as a trainer with the International Institute of Restorative Practices, promoting healing-centered engagement and community building. In 2023, she was honored as an AT&T Dream in Black Future Maker for her transformative work in study abroad programming. As a documentary filmmaker, she has produced an award-winning film on segregation and recreation. She continues to use visual storytelling to explore international education, including work supported by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), focusing on U.S.-Brazil Higher Education Relations.
