The Prairie View Observatory Complex is an effort funded by Title III/DoE and is operated by personnel within the Department of Physics and CRI/RaISE. As of this writing the observatory addition has been completed and regular solar observations are being conducted from the East Dome. The West Dome instrument is being worked on, with first light now expected sometime in early 2021. Keep checking back for updates on the progress of our observatory.
