Every attempt is made to respond to emails / phone calls on the same day for voicemails / emails sent before 4:00PM Monday – Friday. Every attempt is made for voicemails received or emails sent after 4:00PM Monday – Friday, over the weekend or holidays recognized by the University, to receive a response within the next business day.

The Ombuds’ space is located on the Main Campus in W.R. Banks Building, Room 202.

The Ombuds also visits the College of Nursing and Northwest Center on designated days each month. Faculty and staff working on these campuses may email or call the Ombuds to schedule an appointment at your location.

So as to protect the content of your concerns, please refrain from including the content of your concerns in your email or voicemail. Details of your concern can be shared during your confidential visit with the Ombuds.

In order to extend time and courtesy to everyone, spontaneous visits to the Ombuds’ space is greatly discouraged. Please schedule an appointment before visiting the Ombuds’ space.
