Events for week of March 30, 2026

Countdown to Commencement provides graduating seniors resources to prepare for graduation all on one day, in one location. The late deadline to apply for Fall 2017 graduation has been extended to October 13, 2017. After this date, students may still apply up to December 5, 2017, for degree conferral only.  

Building on Resilience Lecture Series Sponsored by the MACH-III Center will feature Dr. Gilman Whiting, an Associate Professor, and director of graduate studies for African American and Diaspora Studies. Farrah Gafford Cambrice, Ph.D. assistant professor in the division of social work, behavioral and political sciences, presents "Smart and Connected."  In her talk, Dr. Cambrice will examine the process of facilitating community partnership and collecting data in a rural context.
