Chemical Engineering Computer Lab (C.L. Wilson 202):

The Department of Chemical Engineering maintains a state-of-the- art computer laboratory for student use, as well as to support teaching. Located in Room 202 of C.L. Wilson, the computer laboratory houses 30 Dell Precision 360 desktop computers (upgraded in 2019) and a network printer; all computers are accessible for students with their PVAMU login username and password.

There are also numerous labs throughout the College of Engineering and the computer lab located at the J.B. Coleman Library on the Prairie View campus (Room 210) that students may use.

Specific to C.L. Wilson 202, students are able to access programs such as: MS Office Suite (Includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote Visio, Project), Access, Acrobat Reader DC, Ansys 18.2 Structural Analysis and CFD, Arduino, AspenTech Engineering Suite, AutoCAD 2020, Blend for Visual Studio, CHEMCAD, Cisco Webex, Eclipse Java, Engineering Equation Solver (EES), IrfanView, MATLAB Academic Suite, McAfee EPS, MobaXterm, NI Labview and Multisim, Notepad++, POLYMATH, Python, Siemens NX, Skype, MS Visual Studio

Regular Hours for C.L. Wilson Room 202: Mon.-Thurs.: 8 A.M.-10 P.M. Fri.: 8 A.M.-5 P.M.
