Important Forms

For early and late registration please use the form below.

If you are trying to add or drop courses after the late registration period has ended then you must use the Add/Drop form.  

Ps: Please refer to the academic calendar for the corresponding semester to check if the late registration period has ended ->  https://www.pvamu.edu/registrar/academic-calendars/

If you are planning to take a course outside PV and transfer that course toward your degree requirement then a pre-approved form must be submitted and approved before you register for the course outside. 

If a course taken at PVAMU or at another institution needs to be substituted for a required course on your degree plan, use the form below. Contact your advisor for assistance.

Grade Replacement process is now automated for the undergraduate students. Grade Replacement Form is not required for courses repeated Spring 2020 and forward. The Highest Grade Earned is automatically included in the cumulative grade point average (GPA) calculation. 

Grade Replacement Form will still be needed for grades repeated prior to Spring 2020.
