How do I log into VECTOR?
You will receive an email with a link indicating a training has been assigned to you or you can access the platform here: Vector Solutions Training Login
You can log in using your PVAMU Single Sign On (SSO) computer login credentials
You will be directed to a separate screen, which will allow you to select your PV email address/add your PV email address and log in.
What do I do if I’m having issues logging into VECTOR or questions in general about VECTOR?
Please note that the most common problems accessing Vector or getting “stuck” on a particular training can be fixed by:
- Using a different browser (NOT Edge)
- Clearing your cache/browsing history and restarting your browser
- Restarting your computer
- Ensure that you have clicked ALL of the required buttons/arrows/documents on the training screen before determining you cannot move forward. If you are clicking on a document and you still cannot move forward, make sure your pop-blocker is turned off, or hold down the CTRL key and click the link. Do not release the CTRL key until you have clicked the link. This should allow you to open the document in a new window and move forward.
If you are still having issues, please e-mail Melissa De Witt at mcdewitt@pvamu.edu, or call 936-261-2143.
