The Office of University Compliance and Title IX is committed to creating a culture absent of sexual assault, violence, harassment and discrimination. We are a dedicated team with a mission to establish and maintain a safe living, learning and working environment for faculty, staff and students alike. We are committed to creating a welcoming space that is promotes safety, equity and well-being for all members of the PVAMU community and will achieve our mission through the provision of policies, procedures and practices that promote an anti-discrimination setting. Prevention, education and awareness are at the core of our efforts ensuring that our collegiate community is equipped to successfully promote this mission. We will strive to perpetually promote an environment absent of discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation, gender, gender identity and expression.
