Chloè Nyree Thai Tolbert is a distinguished senior majoring in Health Science at Prairie View A&M University, hailing from Dallas, Texas. Her academic excellence is evidenced by her Honor Roll status and membership in the Alpha Kappa Mu Honors Society. Beyond her academic achievements, Chloè is deeply involved in campus life, holding leadership roles in various organizations including Panther Advisory Leaders (PALS), the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), Haus of Vision, the Student Government Association (SGA), the Campus Activities Board (CAB), Helpers Advancing the Lives of Others (HALO), Sisters Improving Sisterhood (SIS), BeYou, and the Zeta Gamma chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. She has also been a prominent figure in the campus community, serving as Miss Sophomore (2022-2023), Miss Junior (2023-2024), Miss Black and Old Gold for the Eta Gamma Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., and Miss Texas Council of Alpha Chapters Black and Old Gold Queen.

As Miss Prairie View A&M University 2024-2025, Chloè’s mission is to uplift and embrace the excellence of Prairie View while fostering unity on campus. Her platform, “The Color Purple,” aims to unite Prairie View women, maintain connections with alumni, and advocate for social justice and voting rights. Chloè is dedicated to ensuring that “excellence lives here” at Prairie View.

After completing her undergraduate studies, Chloè plans to pursue a career as a pediatric nurse practitioner, driven by her passion for healthcare and commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of children.
