Student Affairs seeks to measure its work in effort to demonstrate its efficacy. Further, in its continuous improvement model, data is used to help understand evolving needs and to shape future initiatives. Therefore, performance is a key element of the strategic work that Student Affairs does in effort to realize its commitment to providing a world-class experience for PV students.
Our performance based work is anchored by two interconnected components, performance planning and assessment. Performance Planning is the annual process that launches initiatives that align campus resources to realize strategic plan objectives. Our assessments are robust and seek to inform the work on the division. Together, they allow for the capacity and agility needed to achieve our mission.
