The research clusters at Prairie View A&M University are multidisciplinary and rely on the resources and expertise of several research centers and institutes. The research clusters are built on the synergistic interactions that occur among the faculty across the many departments.  The research group members build upon one another’s strengths and capabilities and, as a group, strive to solve complex problems in a strategic manner.  The research clusters at PVAMU extend their collaborative activities with other TAMUS member institutions.  These faculty clusters uniquely provide a great opportunity to both researchers and students to share and develop expertise in intersecting disciplines and thus position the participants favorably for support from industries and funding agencies.
