The Graduate School at Prairie View A&M University (PVAMU) is guided by the university’s legacy as a Historically Black College and University (HBCU), its vision of achieving R1 research status, and recognition as a national model of student success. The Graduate School strategically supports over 40 master’s and doctoral programs across diverse disciplines. Through robust academic policies, innovative program delivery, including online and hybrid options, and strategic partnerships with industry and community stakeholders, the PVAMU Graduate School fosters excellence and opportunity.
With a comprehensive strategic plan in place for 2025–2035, the Graduate School is poised to:
