On October 19, 2019, the MACH III Center participated in the Homecoming “Parade of Champions” at Prairie View A&M University prior to the football game between the PVAMU Panthers and Virginia Lynchburg Dragons. Dr. Fred A. Bonner, executive director; Dr. William A. Parker, professor; and Norman Eaton, administrative assistant, rode along
the parade route waving to the hundreds in attendance and passing out swag bag items – footballs and water bottles – that feature the MACH III logo. “Faculty, staff, students, alumni, and people in the local communities have heard about MACH III and the research and programs we offer. This is one way for them to see us in person and for us to see and interact with them,” Bonner said.
