Obtaining a TexShare Card – Required
To obtain a TexShare Card, submit an online application form.
Present current PVAMU ID at John B. Coleman Library circulation desk to receive the card.

Loan Policies:
TexShare member patrons may use special ID cards obtained from their home institutions to check-out materials from the Coleman Library. Materials in circulating collection can be checked out for 3 weeks. A maximum of four items can be borrowed per visit. No renewal is allowed. Borrowing privileges will be suspended for non-return of materials or failure to pay billed charge.
The services not available include AV materials (CDs, DVDs, and etc.) and online reference services under license or contract restrictions, and interlibrary loan.
Reserved materials loan is two hour in-house use. Reference, Journals, Archives and Special Collections are for in-house use only.
