In celebration of Black History Month, K-12 Partnership and Outreach will invite students in grades 3-12 to the first Little Panthers Oratorical Contest. It is designed to give partnering school districts a chance to compete and shine while honoring black history. Students will recite published speeches or poems from African American or Black leaders such
