Melonie D. Parker
Vice President, Googler Engagement at Google
Melonie D. Parker, VP of Googler Engagement at Google, is an award-winning HR leader with a career spanning more than three decades. She specializes in connecting talent strategy to organizational success, emphasizing inclusive and engaging company cultures. Parker is known for her mantra, “Adding In instead of Fitting In.” Before Google, she served as VP of HR & Communications at Sandia National Laboratories and held various leadership positions at Lockheed Martin. Parker earned degrees from Hampton University and Villanova University and is active on the boards of the Thurgood Marshall College Fund and Hampton University. She has received numerous awards in recognition of her influence and contributions to HR and inclusion.
