Have you read the Course Development Guidelines? If not, please do as soon as possible. It’s important to be familiar with every step of the process to avoid delays in getting your course approved.
Distance Education course approval requires the submission of two forms. The course has to first be approved by the department and college/school through the curriculum process. This is done downloading and completing the Request To Offer A Course Via Distance Education form.

When the curriculum process is finished, complete the Self-Study Course Approval Form and submit it to CIITS.
