Each year, the Rhosine Fleming Award is given to an outstanding school counselor who embodies the ideals of the award’s namesake: dedication, professional involvement, and growth. This year the Texas School Counselor Association (TSCA) named College of Agriculture and Human Sciences (CAHS) Alumna Tiffany Simon, Ph.D., LPC, NCC, CSC, ’01, ’06, as the High School Counselor of the Year. Simon draws on her experience as a PVAMU student to shape her work as a high school counselor.
