April 13 – With the current pandemic taking a toll on many, it is essential to practice habits that lead to physical, psychological, and emotional wellness—one such as drinking water. Drinking plenty of water can rid the body of harmful toxins. Our very own health expert, Dr. Christine Ranieri, who is the Director of the Didactic Program in Dietetics in the College of Agriculture and Human Sciences at Prairie View A&M University, advised health professionals during World Health Day.
