Vision: The vision of the Texas Undergraduate Medical Library is to enhance the scholarly pursuit of knowledge, foster intellectual curiosity, and promote lifelong learning and research through our innovative services, resources, and cultural programs, which support the Texas Undergraduate Medical Academy and Prairie View A&M University’s global mission of teaching, service, and research.

Library Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Location: The Texas Undergraduate Medical Academy Library is located on the first floor of the E. E. O’Banion Science Building in Room 129 and in Harrington Science 305.

The UMA library includes: 

  • A physical collection of over 1500 books! All materials, except Reference books, may be checked out with a valid PVAMU ID in O’Banion 129 or Harrington 301.
