Big Leadership Weekend is a three-day intensive leadership retreat aimed to inform, develop, and prepare our student organization leaders and their advisors. Workshops and training will focus on program development and implementation, organization management, teamwork, collaboration, university policies and so much more. You don’t want to miss it, It’s gonna be BIG!

The purpose of the Emerging Leaders Academy (ELA) is to provide students with the opportunity to develop and or increase their leadership knowledge and skills. Students who participate in the Emerging Leaders Academy will attend a series of workshops, engage in community service projects, and create a portfolio documenting their journey of leadership growth throughout the program.

Student Organization Leadership Development (S.O.L.D) sessions will be available to provide foundational education for student organization leaders or aspiring leaders to effectively manage and lead organizations. Students are able to gain insight and expertise from the PV Campus Community while discovering their own abilities. These ongoing training that will assist them with organizational leadership through monthly sessions focusing on the following:

• Conflict Management
• Event Planning
• Finances
• Leadership Styles
• Member Recruitment and Retention
• Working as a Team
• And much more
