All information will be communicated via your PVAMU official email.

Before you do anything else, you must complete the preliminary tasks outlined in the Admissions Letter:

• Log into PV Place to set-up your PVAMU student account
• Log into PV Place and check your PVAMU email in Panther Tracks
• Submit TSI Scores or Exemptions
• Lock-in your Tuition & Fee Rate Plan
  • Sign in to the PV student portal
  • Click on “Click here for New PantherTracks For Students”
  • Under ‘Student Accounts,’ click “New Student Tuition And Fee Rate Selection”
• Complete your Payment Agreement
  • Sign in to the PV student portal
  • Click on “Click here for New PantherTracks For Students”
  • Select “Register for Classes”
  • For the pop-up screen, ‘Action Item Processing,’ click ‘CONTINUE’ to resolve your Action Items.
  • On the left-hand side of the screen, click ‘Student Payment Agreement – Fall 2025’
    • a. Read & scroll down on the right-hand side of the screen to select your option, then click ‘SAVE’
    • b. Do the same for the ‘summer’ option
  • Scroll down more on the left-hand side of the screen to click ‘Payment Agreement /Bank Mobile – Fall 2025’
    • a. Read & scroll down on the right-hand side of the screen to select your option, then click ‘SAVE’
    • b. Do the same for the ‘summer’ option
• Register for NSO
